  • Therapist or ergonomics specialist, this assessment helps prevent injury, reduce strain, and improve comfort and productivity.
  • During the assessment, the clinician analyzes the physical setup of the workstation, including desk height, chair support, monitor placement, keyboard and mouse use, and body positioning during tasks. They also assess work habits, job demands, and any existing pain or discomfort reported by the individual.
  • Following the evaluation, a detailed set of customized recommendations is provided. These may include adjustments to furniture or equipment, suggestions for better posture and body mechanics, strategies to reduce repetitive strain, and guidance on movement and break routines.
  • Ergonomic Assessments are especially beneficial for individuals experiencing symptoms such as neck or back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, or fatigue, and for employers seeking to reduce workplace injuries and improve employee well-being. Whether you’re returning to work after an injury or aiming to prevent one, our goal is to help you work smarter, safer, and more comfortably.
