Our Fall Prevention Program provides education and exercises to a group of people over the age of 65 who are having balance issues or are at risk of falling.

This six-week, group consists of an education portion provided by an Occupational Therapist, which includes information about home safety, home exercises, and safe medication practices.
The Program also consists of a 30 min exercise portion that is run by a Registered Kinesiologist to improve strength, balance, and gait
Ongoing additional exercise classes with a Registered Kinesiologist are also available for groups and individuals!
