FALL PREVENTION GROUP PROGRAM
For People Over 65
Our Fall Prevention Program provides education and exercises to a group of people over the age of 65 who are having balance issues or are at risk of falling.

RUN BY REGISTERED THERAPIST
This six-week group program consists of an education portion provided by an Occupational Therapist, which includes information about home safety, home exercises, and safe medication practices.
The program also includes a 30-minute exercise portion run by a Registered Kinesiologist to improve strength, balance, and gait.
