"Healing Together" is a supportive and nurturing space where individuals struggling with anxiety and depression can come together to find solace, understanding, and the tools they need to navigate their mental health challenges. Our Fall Prevention Program provides education and exercises by an Occupational Therapist and a Registered Kinesiologist provided to a group of people over the age of 65 who are having falls or are at risk of falling.
