Full-Time Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments using standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop and deliver personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans for clients with physical, cognitive, sensory, and/or developmental challenges.
• Provide services in a variety of settings, including our clinic, schools, homes, and the community.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Write professional reports and documentation in accordance with COTO guidelines.
• Participate in regular team meetings, peer consultations, and collaborative planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
• Strong clinical reasoning, written, and verbal communication skills.
• A growth mindset and willingness to contribute to a team-based care model.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (asset).

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive compensation: $45.00–$55.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 30–40 per week
