Full-Time Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments using standardized tools and clinical judgment.
- Develop and deliver personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans for clients with physical, cognitive, sensory, and/or developmental challenges.
- Provide services in a variety of settings, including our clinic, schools, homes, and the community.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Write professional reports and documentation in accordance with COTO guidelines.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer consultations, and collaborative planning.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
- Strong clinical reasoning, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A growth mindset and willingness to contribute to a team-based care model.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (asset).
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive compensation: $45.00–$55.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 30–40 per week
