What You’ll Do
- Provide client-centered OT assessments and treatment plans
- See clients in-office or in the community, depending on client needs and your preferred approach
- Support clients in achieving functional, cognitive, and psychosocial goals
- Work collaboratively with clinicians across multiple disciplines
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Ontario standards
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and caring clinic atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to client-centered care
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively
- Experience with community-based, rehabilitation, or mental health clients is an asset (but not required)
